Fisiotek HP2
Upper limb CPM device covering the full physiological range of shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Suitable for both seated and supine patients with programmable velocity and amplitude control across all three upper extremity joints.
Download Brochure (PDF)Description
The Fisiotek HP2 is a continuous passive motion device engineered for upper limb rehabilitation, covering the shoulder, elbow, and wrist in a single unit. It is designed to execute the complete physiological range of movement across all three upper extremity joints, making it suitable for post-surgical rehabilitation following shoulder arthroplasty, rotator cuff repair, elbow surgery, and wrist reconstruction.
The device accommodates both seated and supine patient positions, giving clinicians the flexibility to adapt the setup to patient presentation and tolerance. Five wheeled feet with individual brakes allow the device to be repositioned easily between rooms while remaining stable during use. Height adjustment and body inclination settings further adapt the device to each patient's body dimensions.
A stationary programming console and a separate mobile keypad both control the device — the mobile keypad enables patient-led operation during unsupervised sessions. A Memory Card system stores session data for progress monitoring. Built-in programmable functions include bidirectional velocity control, automatic amplitude increment, movement limit pauses, and a Warm Up mode for joint preparation.
Key Advantages
Complete Upper Limb Coverage
The Fisiotek HP2 addresses all three upper extremity joints — shoulder, elbow, and wrist — in a single device, providing consistent passive mobilisation across the entire upper limb kinetic chain.
Seated or Supine Patient Position
Flexible patient positioning accommodates post-surgical presentations where supine positioning is required, as well as more mobile patients who can be treated in a seated configuration.
Mobile Keypad for Patient Participation
The separate mobile keypad allows patients to operate the device independently, supporting home or unsupervised clinical use while keeping the treating clinician in control of the programmed parameters.
Easy Repositioning
Five wheeled feet with individual brakes allow the Fisiotek HP2 to be moved freely between clinical areas and locked securely in position for each treatment session.
Height and Inclination Adjustment
Body inclination and height adjustment settings allow the device to be precisely matched to each patient's body dimensions, whether they are seated or lying supine.
