    Description

The Fisiotek 3000 TS is a continuous passive motion (CPM) device from Rimec, designed to mobilise the knee and hip through flexion-extension movement, and the ankle through plantarflexion-dorsiflexion — all within a single device. Its asymmetric frame provides anatomically correct positioning throughout the entire movement cycle, accommodating patient limbs from 72 to 100 cm (with optional accessory for limbs from 61 cm).

Therapists control the device from a stationary console, while a separate mobile programming keyboard allows the patient to adjust their own session parameters — encouraging active participation in recovery and giving the treating clinician flexibility to hand over control as the patient progresses.

A built-in Warm Up function prepares the joint before each session begins, and a memory card system allows progress to be tracked across appointments and programmed with precision. The device is built from high-quality aluminium and stainless steel throughout — materials selected for durability in busy clinic environments and compatibility with infection-control protocols.

Clinical indications include knee extensor apparatus repair surgery, meniscectomies and meniscal repairs, fracture and pseudoarthrosis treatment, osteotomy, hip and knee prosthetics, and arthrolysis.

    Key Advantages

    Three Joints — One Device

The Fisiotek 3000 TS mobilises knee, hip, and ankle within a single unit, eliminating the need for multiple CPM devices during multi-joint post-surgical rehabilitation.

    Anatomically Correct Positioning

The asymmetric frame design follows the natural geometry of the lower limb, ensuring that joint movement remains biomechanically accurate throughout the full range of motion.

    Patient-Controlled Keyboard

A mobile programming keyboard allows the patient to manage their own session parameters, fostering engagement with rehabilitation and enabling a gradual transfer of control as confidence builds.

    Warm Up Function

The pre-session Warm Up mode gently prepares the joint before therapeutic ranges are reached, reducing discomfort at the start of each session.

    Memory Card Progress Tracking

Session data stored on memory card allows clinicians to monitor progress across appointments, adjust programming precisely, and maintain continuity of care between visits.
