Fisiotek 3000 N
Knee and hip CPM device with solid construction recommended for both clinic and home rental use. Anatomically correct asymmetric frame delivers controlled passive motion from day one of post-surgical recovery.
Download Brochure (PDF)Description
The Fisiotek 3000 N is a continuous passive motion (CPM) device from Rimec, designed to mobilise the knee and hip through controlled flexion-extension movement. Its asymmetric frame provides anatomically correct positioning throughout the range of motion, accommodating patient limbs between 72 and 100 cm — with an optional accessory extending this to limbs as short as 61 cm.
The Fisiotek 3000 N is specifically noted for its solid, durable construction — making it a preferred choice for home rental programs where the device must deliver consistent clinical performance without close supervision. As a lower limb CPM device, it is indicated for use following knee arthroplasty, meniscectomy, meniscal repair, fracture management, osteotomy, and hip prosthetic surgery.
Control is available via a stationary console and a mobile programming keyboard, the latter enabling patient-led session management. A Warm Up mode gently prepares the joint before therapeutic ranges are applied. All key parameters — amplitude, velocity, force, duration, and pause positioning — are fully programmable and adjustable throughout the course of rehabilitation. High-quality aluminium and stainless steel construction ensures longevity and compatibility with clinical cleaning protocols.
Key Advantages
Built for Home Rental
The Fisiotek 3000 N's solid construction is specifically recommended for home rental programs — designed to deliver consistent clinical performance without supervision across the full course of post-surgical recovery.
Anatomically Correct Lower Limb Positioning
The asymmetric frame design mirrors the natural geometry of the knee and hip, ensuring that passive joint motion follows the correct anatomical path from 0° through to the prescribed therapeutic range.
Patient-Controlled Keyboard
A mobile programming keyboard gives patients the ability to manage their own session — encouraging participation in recovery and enabling confident, unsupervised use at home.
Warm Up Mode
The built-in Warm Up function gently introduces movement before the full therapeutic range is applied, improving patient tolerance and reducing session discomfort.
Broad Clinical Indications
Indicated following knee arthroplasty, meniscectomy, meniscal repair, fracture management, osteotomy, arthrolysis, and hip prosthetic surgery — covering the majority of lower limb post-surgical rehabilitation protocols.
