The Physiomed Three Section Short Head Treatment Table is designed specifically for physiotherapy practice. Its defining feature — a 40 cm head section, significantly shorter than a standard medical couch — gives the treating physiotherapist unrestricted access around the patient's head, neck, and cervical spine without obstruction. It's the detail that sets a true Physiomed physio table apart.
Full electric height adjustment (47.5–93 cm) via foot switch or 360° foot bar eliminates manual handling risk and keeps the focus on patient care. Dual gas-operated struts control both the back section (0° to +80°) and the head section (-45° to +40°), allowing rapid repositioning without interrupting treatment.
The face hole with plug in the head section is standard on every Physiomed treatment table, enabling comfortable prone lying for assessment and soft-tissue work. Retractable 7.5 cm castors allow the table to be moved between rooms and then locked in position. The TiMotion electric motor is whisper-quiet and carries a 3-year warranty; the Physiomed frame itself is warranted for 7 years.
Upholstery is heavy-duty PVC vinyl — fire, stain, mildew, oil, water, and wear resistant — with 5 cm of 36 kg/m³ foam for patient comfort during extended treatment sessions. Certified CE, FDA, and ISO 13485:2016.
